Richflor FAR Avenue

I am very disappointed with my experience in richflor avenue des far. I booked a hair and makeup appointment in advance and wanted a professional result. Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price I paid. The hairstylist finished straightening my very long hair in about 10 minutes, which immediately made me feel that the service was being rushed. I had specifically requested smooth, straight hair with soft waves to add volume, but the styling was not done properly. Within about an hour of leaving the salon, my hairstyle had already fallen apart. This was extremely frustrating because I had an important event to attend. For the amount I paid (around $40 for hair and makeup), I expected much better quality, attention to detail, and professionalism. I have received better hair styling at much less expensive salons. I chose richflor because of its reputation, but unfortunately, my experience did not reflect the quality I expected. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in customer service and professionalism.

I visited Richflor FAR for a haircut and hair colour. The quality of the service was good, and the staff were friendly and professional. However, I was very disappointed by the lack of price transparency. I was not told the cost before the service began, and I was charged 350 MAD, which I later found to be significantly higher than what many salons in Agadir charge for a similar service. Had I known the price in advance, I would have made a different decision. I strongly recommend that anyone visiting this salon ask for the full price before any service starts to avoid any unexpected charges. As Muslims, we are reminded to uphold fairness in trade: ﴿وَيْلٌ لِّلْمُطَفِّفِينَ ۝ الَّذِينَ إِذَا اكْتَالُوا عَلَى النَّاسِ يَسْتَوْفُونَ ۝ وَإِذَا كَالُوهُمْ أَو وَّزَنُوهُمْ يُخْسِرُونَ﴾ “Woe to those who give less than due—those who, when they take a measure from people, take in full, but when they give by measure or weight to others, they cause loss. (Qur’an 83:1–3)

Wow came to get a pedicure here as ive never had one and my feet were manky from work but karima cleaned it all up and gave me a excellent service. I didnt think my feet would look normal again but she did some magic and made it look great.....Lahoucine gave me great customer service from and made me feel welcome and got me a capuccino....would highly recommend this salon!!!

Avoid at all costs! They're thieves! They charged us €60 just for a two-centimeter trim. We originally came for a €7 brunch and wanted to get our ends trimmed. There were four of us girls, so it should have been €28, but in the end, they charged us for it as a haircut! Run away!
