*!!Avoid this Spa at all costs!!* I had made a booking.com reservation for a 2 hour Hammam and Massage for my wife that was all confirmed including what was stated to be a free private car pick up and drop off service. On the day after contacting the business numerous times via WhatsApp (they are bad with replying) they told me that a driver was on the way. When the driver arrived 15 minutes late, he then informed me that they cannot take myself and a baby as the booking was only for one person which I understand but did not see as a problem as it was a private transfer. They then changed the reasoning to the driver needing to pick up more people on the way but promised to send another taxi for ourselves that will take us to and from the Spa. After waiting another half an hour, I contacted the company again and they then informed me that they will not send anyone and gave no further explanation. They blocked my number. I had to pay for a taxi to get to the Spa, now an hour later than booked due to all the hassle and being left in the dark. Once I got there the lady calling herself “Nawal” was so rude and inconsiderate to myself and my situation. She cancelled the booking and wouldn’t offer any refund besides saying to go back to booking.com. It seems like this happens often here and I wish I had read all the negative reviews about this Spa. Terrible service and even visiting where the Spa is located I can tell that this is not a professional place and should be avoided. Nawal was very rude it seems even towards her own staff and based on the replies to negative reviews you can tell she has no care for service and always an excuse. Update: In response to the owners reply… There was nothing polite about the lack of explanation offered by both the pickup service nor the lady named Nawal. I have all the relevant text and proof of interaction to support this including when Nawal lied about the pickup change over the phone and then showed no care in person. As stated above, this is a clear indication of the lack of understanding and respect from this business and they are full of excuses. Read the negative reviews with care and see how the business responds with excuse after excuse. Avoid at all costs! It’s not worth ruining your spa experience in otherwise a beautiful country. Book with a reliable company, preferably in person where you know what you are being promised. Logged a formal complaint with booking.com and even that provider is stating that the company is refusing a refund or to respond.

Amazing experience! All the ladies were really nice, and the service was great! Very relaxing experience with hammam and massage, including tea and pickup and drop-off from our hotel. Would repeat and for sure, a must-go in Agadir, thank you so much!

From start to finish this was such an amazing experience. The taxi driver was super polite, knowledgeable, punctual and made me feel comfortable from the moment i was picked up. The lady who did my hammam and massage was absolutely incredible — if there was a 6th star, I would have given it. She was so lovely, kind, considerate and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. The massage was honestly on another level and one of the best I’ve ever had. The whole place was clean, welcoming and relaxing. You can really tell they care about giving customers a great experience. One of the best spa experiences I’ve had in a long time. Definitely recommend and I will be coming back again!

We had a very good massage and hamam today. We were picked from our hotel with a smooth drive to the place and back and the staff was super friendly and we highly recommend this place . Give it a try .

We had a really nice Hammam experience in LChic. The driver picked us up and drove back to the hotel. The lady who was performing Hammam was excellent, we felt very relaxed. What is more, we left behind our underwear at that place and the driver was so nice and helpful that he brought it back to our hotel. So big thank you one more time 🙏 I truly recommend this place.

TERRIBLE PLACE!!!! DO NOT GO!!! They say they will pick you up but they leave you standing. So we took a taxi ourselves. But when we got there they refused us because they said it was full. AND WE HAD A PAID RESERVATION!! So how can it be full ??!! Scammers!! Do not go here!!!
