The food is very good, as are the drinks. I highly recommend it; it's right in the city center, so you don't have to go far. The waitresses are super friendly and the prices are reasonable. The background music is fantastic—relaxing jazz and a romantic atmosphere.

For 25 Dh you get a very good thebujene, senegalese national dish. You can get a delicious homemade chilipepper-sauce that is medium hot together with it. There are also other dishes like Mafé, depending on the day. Amina is preparing also beignets and fataya (fish beignet with onion sauce). Enjoy together with Bissap (hibiscus juice) or the legendary spicy café Touba. Everything for unbeatable prices. Best is to go there around 13:30h cause later it might be sold out. Plus, Amina and the owner are lovely, friendly people, very helpful as well. We went there two days in a row and will go there whenever we will be in the area again as we felt very welcomed .

The cooking is done by an experienced Senegalese woman, and the owner, Haj, and his son, Bouba, are very attentive to their customers. Wolof, French, and Darija are spoken there. My friends and I go there regularly and always feel very welcome.
