The mafe boeuf poulet was out standing - well worth a visit just for this dish - highly recommend
We had a delicious meal, the girls working here from Senegal were very funny and kind. Maffe Beef and thiep poisson, with a Baobab tree drink and senegalese bissap. Would recommend this place
It's a beautiful restaurant with great vegan/vegetarian options, fresh juices, warm hospitality and relaxed atmosphere. The best restaurant in Dakhla out of the three that I visited. My only full day in Dakhla was on a Sunday, and despite Google saying Teranga is closed on Sundays I thought it was worth checking for myself, and indeed it was open during the afternoon. I will definitely visit again the next time I am in Dakhla.
Amazing place!!! The juices are really refreshing and with tons of flavor!! The food is really good, we really loved the one with tuna, really fresh fish, the rice had so much flavor and the veggies were just perfect!! And the spicy sauce is really spicy buuuut sooooo goood! The prices are really fair, the place is really cozy and the best of all is the service, fast and the hosts are really nice!!!
I arrived at a bit past 5pm to an empty, and beautifully-decorated, restaurant. The girl working alone did a great job in assisting me to understand the 3 plates of the day. I chose the fish with rice/veg (40dh). Great choice, speedy service and excellent meal! Of the 4 days in Dakhla, I believe Teranga is a better value & experience than e.g. Dakhla-Sur-Mer Terrance or Dakhla Ville; and quite likely, the best real restaurant in town! The others appear to offer poor-quality dishes for high prices -- while Teranga is affordable, tasty, filling, & healthier. I appreciate the Ivorian cook/waitress as well. By the time I finished, about 20min later, several groups of men came in to eat, so I was lucky to miss the sudden crowd.
