Casablanca Pestana disappointed me from the start. The Pestana Casablanca was depressing! From dead shrubbery, cracked balcony glass, stains to empty flowerpots, it appeared desolate. The rooms looked unfinished. There was no gathering place for guest to sit and talk. No one said hello. The pool had only a few chairs with no cushions or umbrellas. This area could be beautiful. As an interior designer, I would have added more chairs between the pool and the beach so that guests could relax with a view of the ocean. The beach was just trashed. It was so filthy and full of garbage that I was glad I had a tetanus booster shot before I came. We were unhappy to find that the facility did not have a bar or a restaurant that was open in the evenings. (I think it is terrible that I was not informed that I would be astaying in a location where no alcohol could be served since alcohol was banned by the adjacent mosque!) The staff was not friendly, helpful or trained. The first night we went to the Hyatt Regency to have dinner with an adult beverage. The Pestana concierge placed us in a taxi with someone she knew who charged us 4 times what the cab back from the Hyatt (that the Hyatt had arranged.) Not only did the guy rip us off, he texted while driving and kept turning around to talk to us. We were shaken up by this experience. We could not rely on the staff, so we hired private guides with transportation so that we felt safe. I loved the Pestana in Marrakech and their amazing staff, but this was just depressing.

The first star is only for the people working there and chorouk who is a very nice lady. The hotel is a living disaster. We got “upgraded”to a different (nicer) room after we saw the horrific state of the balcony. But it only became worse after bath tub tiles were coming off and landed almost on our 1,5 year old daughter. Maintenance is very bad. (Or no maintenance at all). The location is great.

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible experience I had at Pestana Casablanca. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional service, beautiful facilities, and warm atmosphere. The staff was professional and attentive, the rooms were comfortable and stylish, and the dining experience was outstanding. The hotel's prime location added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of my stay. Thank you for providing such a memorable experience.

Bad run down hotel. While service is good of course rooms are pretty bad. Whole place was smelling of cigarette smoke and half the things in the room did not work including soap dispenser. Doors don't close fully for the bathroom. Furniture has rust stains and corrosion. They offered to change the room but the lithe one was even worse. Beds and pillows were super uncomfortable. Thank God I had to stay there just one night.

It was fine experience. I have been in an executive suite. It was without towels. The soap spray was broken. The suite smells smkooking because of the previous guest. The TV was a nightmare it has only 2 colors it was totally used out. The furniture at the living room is over used and smelly. The seafty box was locked with the technican pass code. The terrace lamps was off. Most thing I hate about the experience is you have to call the room service for many times to complete the stuff and clean the room and look after the suite uncompleted facilities. The next day the change my suite to another one. It was better than the first one. I've told the staff there my concerns. My advice is once you get there check the room before you pay and check for everything you might need. Because they have locked out policy at 11 pm I needed the TV badly so it wasn't a great idea to watch a TV with only two colors. The should use a spay to change to previous guest smell. And look after the furniture mostly the one is guest may lay down and set on for a long while like the coach. The good things The staff in the reception were nice and polite They gave me a discount. The second suite was fully prepared. The breakfast was cool too but they only accept cash for restaurant payments.

Overall nice hotel. I stayed here during my business trip in Casablanca. Hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood and many activities are nearby. The hotel facilities are ok. Staff are helpful. Only infrastructure is not the best and water was falling from the ceiling because of rain. The ocean is also very near and some rooms have nice ocean-view. I will definitely come here again.

Nice hotel in Casablanca. About 80 apartments with nice big beds, balcony, kitchenette and washing machines. Staff are friendly and it’s clean. Location is by the seaside and the Medina is about 25 mins walk from here. Well placed for exploring Casablanca.
