The pastries are delicious, and the décor and atmosphere are amazing. Unfortunately, the service was terrible the staff lacked experience and professionalism.

We sat there for over 45 minutes. First, they indicated that there was plenty of breakfast and that it would take a while. That was no problem! When we were finally allowed to order, we were told that there was no breakfast left. After trying to tip off the supervisor, I received the following response: “You have to understand me; it is up to the cook, and I can’t do anything for you.” We didn't receive a single apology! This is not recommended!

Real bad managment… i understand its their opening week but the management could have been done better, the staff was very rude, i will be coming back in some time, yo experience it when its not as crowded and will see if the issue was the crowding or the staff.. although its never an excuse i would like to give them a second chance

Went for Breakfast today. My friend had arrived there early and he ordered for me. By the time I arrived it still hadn’t been served . WE WAITED 2 hours!?!?When I complained to the manager she shrugged it off and became very verbally aggressive. She even said to my friend “ who does he think he is, if I met him outside I would sort him out”!!! The manager is a delinquent. Will not be going back. The owner needs to get the staff sorted out or people will not go back. One of the serves had clearly not washed and smelled awful. I think the M stands for mediocre!
