Very disappointed by the management and lack of professionalism I've been going to this spa for a while now, but unfortunately, the appointment management problems keep recurring. Today, I had an appointment at 2 p.m., and when I arrived, I was asked to wait because three other women had also been scheduled for the same time, even though the space is designed for a maximum of two people, not four. A mistake can happen once or twice, but when it becomes a recurring issue, the cause needs to be investigated and a real solution found. If appointments can't be managed properly, perhaps a turn-taking system would be better. What disappointed me most was the lack of professionalism in the handling of my complaint, both from the people presenting themselves as managers and even from the owner. I wasn't expecting orange juice or anything free, but simply an apology, respect, and above all, a solution to prevent this kind of situation from happening again. However, I would like to emphasize that Fatima Zohra (Tebakha) is very kind, helpful, and professional. It was mainly because of her that I continued to frequent this spa. Unfortunately, after this latest experience, I will not be returning to this establishment. It's a real shame, because better organization and more professional communication could have made all the difference.

I highly recommend the Salon, I went there for the first time on a Monday for the VIP Spa services, Hydra Facial treatments and blow-drying, all a 10/10. I thank Fatima Zahra and Jalila for their impeccable service.

It was an absolutely wonderful experience at the hotel spa! The hammam was amazing, a true moment of relaxation and well-being. A huge thank you to Fatima, who is incredibly professional, kind, and friendly. The beauticians are also very dedicated to their work, professional, and efficient, ensuring the best possible service. I called them to book a nail appointment, and they told me I could come at 8:00. When I arrived, I found another customer already getting her nails done. They told me I had to wait, even though I had booked an appointment before. Then, to my surprise, another customer walked in, also with an appointment at 8:00. They told me there was nothing they could do; she would get her nails done before me. They didn't even apologize once, even though they had given me the wrong appointment time, and they were very rude to me, I went on my way , and the day was wasted on me. I didn't even do my nails. I came from a far place and quickly to make it to the appointment, and I was there at 7:55 for nothing, horrible experience!!!

The staff was rude , i went to hamam with my aunts they treated us bad , we booked for hamam and for hair and massage they didn’t treat us nicely, they only had interns not event professionals, in hamam she didn’t want to do her job she left us washing our hair all by ourselves, and she was very rude the girl in the hamam she didn’t do anything literally. Overall it was very bad and i won’t recommend it

A wonderfully relaxing experience. Welcoming staff, clean place, and a soothing atmosphere. I highly recommend it!
