I'm writing this review a year after my visit because it took all this time and several sessions elsewhere to fix the result. I came in for a chocolate brown. I left with a color that was practically black, very far from what I had asked for. No strand test had been done beforehand. The most disappointing thing was the reaction: instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering a correction, they insisted on convincing me that this color suited me perfectly. This wasn't the service I had ordered. A color that's too dark can't be fixed in one go: it requires color stripping, several sessions, and it's damaging. A year later, I'm still suffering the consequences. I don't recommend this salon for hair coloring.

Avoid this place at all costs, I strongly advise against it. Prices are arbitrary and completely inconsistent with what's advertised. They force you to undergo treatments and leave you waiting without paying you any attention; they prioritize other customers.
