Honestly, this hotel doesn't deserve even one star. It's a complete mess; its only redeeming feature is the location. The value for money is terrible, which is a shame. The receptionist clearly has no concept of customer service or satisfaction. 😒😒

No hot water, the bedding is misshapen and impossible to get a full night's sleep, a water leak, and so on... Despite all the problems, reporting the leak was the only one that was resolved. The hotel is, however, well located.

Room with the bare minimum, but clean. Air conditioning problem. Tiny elevator, barely big enough for one person and their suitcase. No shampoo or soap samples in the shower. Sufficient for one or two nights!
