Nice Hoteeel

We stayed for 5 nights in early March, and everything went wonderfully! The breakfast was very generous and different each day, and the room was elegant and clean. Thank you to Mr. Lotfi for his hospitality; he's a generous man who is always happy to chat and offer advice on possible outings. We will gladly return!

We spent five days at the riad. The staff was warm and helpful. They even offered to do our laundry, a truly kind gesture. As we have a fussy child, the host tried to bring her fresh breakfasts every day, including pastries and Nutella crepes. You can tell this gentleman loves his work and is genuinely concerned about his guests' well-being. Our car was safely parked under the hotel's porch each night and then moved by the host to the street early the next morning. The rooms were cleaned and the linens changed daily, and breakfast on the terrace was a wonderful way to start each day. We had a two-room family suite with air conditioning in each room, excellent Wi-Fi, and TVs with French channels and Netflix. This will be our go-to hotel for every trip to Oujda.

Exceptional hotel (riad) and very welcoming staff. We had a wonderful family stay at this charming riad. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the Moroccan breakfast, served on the terrace, was excellent and very varied, with surprises every day 😋. The staff were very welcoming, especially Mr. Lotfi for his warm welcome and helpful advice, always available when needed. The housekeeper was also very attentive. A huge THANK YOU again! Avoid at all costs!!!! I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and professionalism of this hotel. I had booked three weeks in advance, and two days before our arrival, without consulting us, they changed the reservation dates. I didn't understand the purpose of doing this, other than to cause anxiety. Booking.com quickly found me a plan B because otherwise, I would have been left with nothing with my son, as I'm not from the area at all. I should point out that the manager never once bothered to ask if I had found alternative accommodation. Look at the comments below; I'm not the only one. They are completely unreliable.

Words cannot adequately describe the kindness of the owner, Mr. Loutfi. He provided a perfect welcome, helpful advice, and a superb terrace. He is always available to take excellent care of his guests, and the breakfast is wonderful! We will return to his establishment every time we are in Oujda without hesitation.

I give this hotel 5 stars because it's fantastic! Mr. Lotfi and Mustafa are incredibly welcoming and so kind!! Excellent value for money, terrace with a magnificent view!! Sublime breakfast, always spotless room!! THANK YOU for the great location between the souk and the city The Levy Family 😆
