I am very disappointed with the appointment booking system. After calling the day before, we were refused an appointment that same day and asked to come the next day at 8:30 a.m., but there was no one in the office, only two patients waiting outside. When I called back 40 minutes later, I was told that there were already about ten people ahead of us and that we would have to come and wait. Making a woman who is eight months pregnant wait all morning is unacceptable. Furthermore, the receptionist is not up to the task and demonstrates a clear lack of professionalism. The appointment booking system needs to be improved!

A remarkable doctor, very attentive and incredibly caring. She truly takes the time to explain things clearly and to support her patients. I recommend her without hesitation!
