I contacted this practice after hearing many positive recommendations about the doctor, of whom I had heard excellent things. Unfortunately, my telephone experience with the assistant was very disappointing. The communication was unprofessional, the tone seemed impolite, and the conversation was abruptly cut off. I want to clarify that my opinion does not concern the doctor himself, whom I have not had the opportunity to consult, but only the telephone reception. The quality of the reception is often the first impression of a medical practice, and this experience unfortunately did not encourage me to make an appointment.

Dr. Imad was an exceptional gynecologist throughout my pregnancy. He listened to and respected my wishes for a natural childbirth. I highly recommend him. He takes the time for each patient, even in a busy waiting room.
