I ordered some Ghribat and fekkas from Glovo. I found a pit in one of the Ghribat, the size of an olive pit. It almost broke a tooth! This is unacceptable! I contacted Glovo, but it's impossible to reach Dar Kenza... There's no phone number listed on Google...

I ordered some cakes and they were moldy, not fresh at all

Today I received a delivery of puff pastry pizzas, raspberry cream brioches, and apple turnovers. Honestly, everything was excellent! I had already tried Darkenza before for their traditional cakes like snowballs and prestige cakes, fekkas, and I really enjoyed them. But this time, I was truly surprised by the quality of the apple turnovers and the pizza. It's absolutely top-notch! The taste is delicious, and it really tastes like homemade food. I highly recommend it.

Good, very delicious products, but a bit pricey. 10 small kefta briouats for 100 dirhams seems excessive.

I don't understand the weather-related charges for my delivery; there's a major problem with service fees that seem to come out of nowhere.
