Very disappointed. This is the second time I've been greeted by an unpleasant employee with a haughty tone that completely ruined the experience. Furthermore, I noticed a decline in quality: some products had a strong eggy smell. It's a shame, as this pastry shop used to be one of my favorites in Mohammedia.

One of the best bakeries, pastry shops, and savory snack shops in Morocco; absolutely wonderful.

Staff really rude

I bought an apple turnover that had no apples in it!!! I went back to point it out, and to my surprise, the person laughed and told me it was a pastry chef's mistake!!! No compensation was offered??? AVOID

Exorbitant prices for very poor quality, pastries that taste like cardboard, everything is bland whether it's the pastries, viennoiseries or even the traditional boxed cakes… avoid at all costs!!

A very serious experience at this bakery in Mohammedia. I bought some bread (see receipt), and upon opening it at home, I discovered several slices with clearly visible mold. This is clearly a product unfit for consumption, which is unacceptable for a food establishment. The fact that it wasn't visible through the packaging makes the situation even more concerning. I should point out that I have proof (photos and receipt). The statement "no returns or exchanges" cannot in any way justify selling spoiled goods. I strongly advise against this establishment and expect a serious response from them.

Unpleasant and rude staff. I bought a pack of 8 harchas, which I paid for as usual, but to my surprise, upon opening the package, I found there were only 5 instead of 8. When I pointed out the problem at the register, the two employees told me it was strange and that I should have asked for the name of the person who made the mistake when I called, adding that they couldn't do anything now. They simply offered to refund me next time if I bought more harchas, "bach nbqa ala khatri" (I'll give them a refund). As a customer, I shouldn't have to investigate who is responsible, nor should I have to buy more pastries to get a refund. My complaint should have been addressed immediately. Instead, I was blamed, with a condescending tone from the cashiers, and without the slightest apology.
