Just WOW! This was my favorite part of making it to Ouarzazate. This is probably the best cheese I’ve had in Morocco. The quality is excellent!! Next time. I will just be sure to call ahead with my order since certain things need to be ordered ahead of time. Can’t recommend supporting this cooperative enough. ☺️

Furthermore, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, driven by genuine values. And finally, the cheeses are a true delight; you're sure to find something you love.
