Café RIHAB MAAMOURA

I've been waiting for over 20 minutes just to order a coffee. I don't understand why, when you ask a server to take your order, they say another server will come and take it.

A very poor experience. We were subjected to disrespectful behavior from the waiter, and when we asked to speak to the manager, his attitude was equally disappointing. Instead of taking our complaint seriously and seeking a solution, we felt our dissatisfaction was being ignored. Respect, attentiveness, and professionalism should be at the heart of customer service. I hope this establishment will take the necessary steps to improve how its customers are treated and how complaints are handled.
