I wish to express my profound dissatisfaction with the quality of service at your bakery. During my visit, I waited for a considerable amount of time, yet several customers who arrived after me were served before me, without any consideration for my turn. This situation struck me as unfair and disrespectful. Good service relies first and foremost on organization and respect for customers, which was unfortunately not the case today.

Excellent product and service quality. Our local bakery in Morocco. Wide variety of choices. Very good birthday cakes when ordered in advance.
