The salon was very clean, the staff professional, and I was very satisfied with the service.

Poor service experience. This person doesn't know how to speak properly, their communication style is unprofessional, their vulgarity is questionable, their prices are excessive, their service is unrelated to their work, they don't admit their mistakes, they're all show and no substance, they don't treat staff well, they make mistakes and are rude. I don't recommend them.

I had highlights done and the result was just WOW, truly amazing! The salon was clean, the staff welcoming and attentive. We started with a free consultation where Mr. Joe explained the highlights process and the products used. During the session, he gave me all the advice I needed to properly maintain my highlights and take good care of my hair. And Mr. Ilyas's blow-dry/wavy style is something else entirely! I'm really happy with the result. I highly recommend this salon! 💯
