Too much unnecessary back and forth from the servers. At 10 AM, when you ask for something, you have to wait a loooooong time. And the servers, still disoriented, have their hands in their pockets and are talking about tips in front of the customers.

Terrible service. Milkshake served without a spoon or napkin. One waiter's job was to move the parasols for new customers without permission. Really disappointed.

The service was too slow, nothing extra.

Bakery and pastry shop

I ordered a birthday cake for my 5-year-old and was very disappointed. The cake didn't resemble the design I ordered at all, the decoration was sloppy, and the taste was really bad (too dry and too sweet). For the price I paid, I expected something much better. This is unacceptable for a child's birthday cake, and I wouldn't recommend it.
