The worst of the worst specially fourth floor no care no heart

  • ★★★★★★★★★★Millie C· 28 Jul 2026

Catastrophic! If you have an emergency, don't even think about it; it's for your own good, really. I should have listened to all the negative reviews because there is absolutely nothing positive about this disastrous establishment.

I had a very bad experience at this clinic. I would advise anyone to go there.

  • ★★★★★★★★★★Amer Echeibi· 28 Jun 2026

I am very disappointed by this experience. Following my initial consultation, I received neither clear explanations nor a detailed medical report. My health subsequently worsened, and after further medical opinions, surgery is now being considered. I feel that my problem was not properly assessed from the outset, and I regret the lack of communication and follow-up.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a cesarean section, and my baby cried normally at birth. Yet, he was immediately transferred to the neonatal intensive care unit. Normally, the pediatrician should have come to explain the situation to me, but I never saw him. Only my gynecologist came to reassure me, saying that the baby's condition was stable. Unfortunately, after three days of waiting, we were told that our baby had passed away (may God have mercy on him), without any further explanation. (God is sufficient for us, and He is sufficient for us.)

I paid with a Moroccan bank card because it was impossible to pay with a foreign one. Regarding the reimbursement, I'm told it might take up to six weeks. In the meantime, I have to call to find out if my check is ready, then come and collect it in person. I don't live here. I've sent emails to all the clinic's addresses, and no one has replied for 16 days. And of course, I have to buy a plane ticket to get back. Fortunately, the plane tickets aren't too expensive. On the other hand, they saved my life during a severe hypoglycemic episode, so I'm grateful to them. What's strange is that in Europe, this kind of situation is usually resolved in 45 to 50 minutes. Here, it required two days of hospitalization. If I hadn't had my flight, would they have forced me to stay longer? God only knows what's going on. Ultimately, we have to comply with their procedures, which seem outdated to me. It's 2026. In my opinion, there are improvements to be made, but everyone does what they want. It's not my company, so I'm not here to judge it. Just take a moment to reflect and ask yourself, aside from the residents of Mohammedia, why are we forcing a resident of the Sahara, Sharq, or elsewhere to take a bus all night or all day to come and collect their check? 😮‍🤨 Banks offer services for immediate reimbursement. You need cash flow, I respect that, but why reimbursement ONLY by check? I won't insist any further, but I will no longer be able to access your services during the second crisis in Morocco. Good luck and congratulations to your teams: the doctors and nurses are highly competent, may God bless them.

Bad experience Completely unprofessional Too materialistic I do not recommend them!

My experience at Akdital was very disappointing. The treatment by some nurses leaves much to be desired: lack of respect, poor communication, and little attention to patients. The management of the facility seems disorganized, with long waiting times even in emergencies. The most shocking aspect is the impression that one must not only pay the hospital fees but also "motivate" certain employees to expedite procedures or obtain faster treatment. This creates a feeling of injustice and abuse towards patients and their families. A healthcare facility should inspire trust and professionalism, but unfortunately, my experience at Akdital Mohammedia was quite the opposite. I hope there will be a significant improvement in service, respect for patients, and transparency in management.
