The setting is very pleasant, but the management ruins everything. The person in charge is sorely lacking in professionalism and is extremely vulgar with customers. Furthermore, verbal commitments are completely ignored. A regrettable lack of professionalism for a place that had so much potential.

A pleasant setting and a beautiful room, but unfortunately the service doesn't reflect the same level of quality. The welcome and attitude of some servers could be more professional and respectful towards guests. This is something that needs improvement to live up to the venue's potential. 😉 …
