My experience at this hospital was unfortunately very disappointing. I expected professionalism, communication, and proper patient care, but instead I left feeling unheard and poorly attended to. The organization and responsiveness did not meet the level expected from a healthcare institution, and the overall experience created unnecessary stress during a moment where patients should feel supported. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve service quality, patient communication, and the overall standard of care for future visitors.

The emergency part was not bad, they were late and would leave you waiting a lot, but the hospital was ridiculously bad, the doctors are always away they wont give you and exact time that the doctor will be there, tell you they would call you and never do, the registration sucks

I went in for some knee pain. The reception and registration process was very seamless. Plus the waiting time was short and I find the nursing staffs and doctor very professional and friendly. And the building infrastructure, the interior and equipments are great too.

Imagine ai can read blood test result better then a doctor even me 0 exp in medican spot things in the result that the doctor didnt
