As a triathlete, I was very skeptical when you suggested aquabiking to maintain muscle activation and strengthening. I underestimated it and was pleasantly surprised by the workout it requires. I highly recommend it for athletes!

Charming and kind staff, impeccably clean, great mix of tech/tools (like light wands) and hands-on skill (excellent lymph drainage and relaxing massage for face/neck/head). Caudalie product line is natural and smells lovely…not overpowering or chemically. A totally relaxing experience. Can recommend even for women (like me!) who don’t usually go to a spa…treat yourself and try it!

A unique little haven in Essaouira! The quality of the treatments matches the professionalism of the team. I highly recommend the Tonic Lift treatment... one hour of total relaxation for the face... I left with a smooth and ultra-hydrated complexion. I even booked a course of six sessions 😉
