A lovely, very clean hotel. The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels. The reception staff are incredibly friendly, especially Yassin – we thank him for his availability and support, as our flight was delayed by six hours. We also thank him for his kindness. And let's not forget the entire kitchen staff who take such good care of all the guests. We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful city thanks to all of you. This was my first and last time here. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The breakfast buffet was almost empty by 9:00 AM and wasn't replenished, meaning you only get what's left. When the breakfast buffet is set up, the staff serve themselves first, and then the guests. That's unacceptable.
