I was very disappointed during my last visit to the spa last Sunday. I used to go there occasionally. I also tried some beauty and hair treatments, but they were awful. I wasn't feeling well that day, so I decided to have a hammam in the hopes of feeling better. I had an appointment at 9:30 a.m. and stayed in the hammam for an hour and fifteen minutes because I was tired. I noticed that the assistant or the owner of the spa came downstairs several times to check on me, which made me uncomfortable. When I went to pay at the end, the owner pointed out that I had exceeded my allotted time for the hammam by fifteen minutes and that I would have to pay extra (I don't remember the amount). She also told me that if it happened again, I would have to pay more. I was shocked and very disappointed by this comment, especially since it wasn't my first time at the spa. Two weeks prior, I had to wait two hours for my appointment due to poor scheduling, without receiving an apology. I would have appreciated it if the owner had taken the time to apologize for this unacceptable delay rather than making inappropriate remarks. Honestly, this was my last visit to this spa, which clearly doesn't respect its customers.

A truly relaxing experience at this spa! A warm welcome, a pleasant atmosphere, and impeccable treatments. They especially have a fantastic hammam; I'm delighted with my experience and highly recommend it! ✨✨
