The food and service are amazing, and this is my favorite place to relax. However, something has been making me uncomfortable lately. The woman who I believe is the manager constantly yells at the employees in front of customers. It's unpleasant to witness and really affects the atmosphere.

I had a very disappointing experience at this café. If you are planning to visit, here is a breakdown of what happened so you can be careful: • Wrong Orders: They brought us something completely different from what we actually ordered. • Deceptive Billing: I ordered tea for my mother, and the waitress brought a bottle of water along with it. She then told us we had to pay an extra 10 MAD for the water. Although they have small water bottles (worth 5 MAD), she deliberately brought the large bottle just to overcharge us. Usually, water is expected to be included with the tea or served as part of the order. • Poor Customer Service: The waitress was incredibly unpleasant and rude. She did not smile at all and seemed very annoyed and upset. Advice to other customers: Please be very careful when you visit this place and always double-check your bill (addition) before paying!

Arrived at Kenitra train station and fancied an iced coffee - came in and was greeted by the wonderful hostess Nasima who promptly curated the drink. It was very good! After finishing the drink I felt compelled to order the Moroccan Tea and it took me back to a fond visit to a remote village within the Mountains of Tetouan 🙏🏾. The taste was sensational! Thank you Nasima for the wonderful customer service and recreating the most amazing Moroccan Tea I have had in a long time! Shukran Bezuf!

This is the best Tendy’s place in Kenitra! The beautiful young lady over there who seems to be the supervisor is the nicest with the friendliest, most cheerful spirit! Food is the best with reasonable prices, multiple healthy dishes and options, and amazing staff. 5 stars is the least I could give, highly recommend. x
