This hotel is one of the most beautiful and wonderful hotels I have ever stayed in, honestly. * The views are breathtaking. * The room's cleanliness and organization are excellent. * The hotel's location is convenient and convenient, especially its proximity to a shopping mall where you can find everything. * The food is some of the cleanest and most delicious in Rabat, available 24 hours a day. * The most striking thing is the hotel staff's excellent manners and constant smiles. * There is a long swimming pool suitable for all ages. * All services are available at the hotel. * There is a gym and a massage parlor. * There is an ATM for currency withdrawals. * The room cleaning is superb, and their equipment is clean and new. The warm welcome you receive from the staff reflects the quality of service and their outstanding professionalism. I thank all the staff, especially Ms. Karima and Ms. Fatima Zahra. I believe the quality of life and services offered at this hotel are due to the excellent and wonderful management. Thank you, Mr. Sami. Thank you all.

A very bad experience. The welcome was cold and unprofessional from the moment we arrived. The staff seemed disorganized and unconcerned about the guests. The most serious issue: my mother fainted due to very low blood pressure, and she received no serious assistance whatsoever. No help, no professional response, no empathy. In an establishment open to the public, this is simply unacceptable. The staff's lack of professionalism and the complete absence of care in a worrying health situation deeply shocked us. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.
