I went there for laser hair removal. I finished my ninth session a month and a half ago, and I'm honestly very disappointed with the results. While I met all the requirements for it to work well, I've noticed that my hair regrowth is almost identical to before the laser treatment. Also, depending on the technician, I received contradictory information: when to shave (the day before or before the session?), and whether to wear protective eyewear. I reported the significant regrowth several times between sessions, and I was told it was normal, that it was paradoxical hair regrowth. However, after nine sessions, the results should be more noticeable. Some areas seem to have been unaffected or barely affected by the laser, yet the hair there is thick and dark. It was also difficult to book appointments at times; the manager would say she would call me back to schedule an appointment but never did. The technicians are very nice and make you feel very comfortable, and the premises are clean, hence the two stars.
