I wanted to love Hammam Paradis because the place is beautiful. But I had severe hand contractions + breathing issues in the steam and couldn’t open my hands for 10+ mins. A few staffs - one Senegalese and 3 Moroccan staffs- were amazing and helped me. Thank you. But the other male staff(the receptionist) got angry when I asked to finish the hammam after I recovered because the lady didn’t even wash my face/feet before the tragic incident . For a paid service, that’s not okay. It was my birthday and all I wanted was to have a good time and relax. Please train your team on safety + basic service. Guests shouldn’t have to fight for care.

My husband and I bought the Royal, which is their top of the line package. The hammam experiences left us in the room for along time. Was told ten minutes. We expected since we’ve done this before to receive a great scrubbing down. Did not. Massages were OK. Facial was just a massage. For the price point look somewhere else.

Amazing experience and felt rejuvenated. Aisha is really skillful, her relaxing massage was magical. Absolutely to try, fair price and you can also book easily online.

Stumbled upon Hammam Paradis while looking for a spa that was still open after 10pm. Ended up having the best massage of my life, I would highly recommend!
