Disastrous service, the same story every time: delays, incompetent staff, and new faces every time. I left once with a wax burn on my arms, another time with a botched hair coloring job and a scalp burn, and so on. 2/10

The hammam was freezing cold, like showering at home. The client right after me made the same comment. Normally, the whole point of going to a hammam is for the heat. The scrubber was in a rush because she wanted to have lunch, to the point of forgetting some services. The esthetician completely messed up my eyebrow, leaving a gap. And what really gets me is that she told me it wasn't a big deal, that it wouldn't be noticeable. Not a word of apology from the esthetician. It's a real shame, the owner seems nice, but they really need to fix this. Look at the finished eyebrow. It was done an hour ago.

I mean the service is wonderfull ngl but the staff is somthing else the old women who dses hair burned my sculp and ruined my hair ...hope they look this up
