Disappointing consultation. I felt the care was unprofessional. Given the price paid, I expected a much higher quality of service.

I wish to express my dissatisfaction with the emergency consultation. I paid 600 DHS for what I considered a very inadequate service: no actual examination was performed, no ultrasound, not even equipment available to take my blood pressure. I felt like I received mostly idle chatter rather than a real medical consultation. Given the price charged, I expected serious and professional service. This experience was very disappointing. A complete rip-off!

Efficient service, the doctor arrived very quickly. Good care provided. I recommend them.
