Sophia Beauty Ongles Ouarzazate

I confirmed an 11:00 AM appointment with Sophia via WhatsApp and arrived 15 minutes early. When I arrived, another client was already getting her nails done, which meant I ended up waiting about an hour. When Sophia started my service, I unfortunately felt she was in a huge rush. As a result, the finish wasn't as neat as I'd hoped, and, most importantly, the gel started peeling off after only two days. I don't like leaving bad reviews, especially for small businesses, but I think it's important to honestly share my experience. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively.

Very bad experience, the lady stopped answering the phone the day of the appointment (that was set a week before, and I made sure to confirm the night prior to the appointment). I was at the location she sent me when I called to ask about her place since there was no clear saloon or anything there and miss decided not to pick up the phone and left me without any response nor excuse. Very unprofessional!! Would’ve given zero stars but it’s not possible.

Sophia is incredibly kind and impeccably professional. I went there for a semi-permanent pedicure. It was a truly relaxing experience and the result was flawless! I highly recommend her!
