Terrible experience, completely unprofessional. I went the day before yesterday for waxing and they left half the area unfinished, plus they charged a very high price for the service they offer. I don't recommend them at all.

Yemma, yemma, what a terrible salon this is!!!! My hair is completely ruined after the keratin treatment. It is falling out badly and breaking off!!! I had to cut it to my shoulders, but it keeps breaking off. It is completely burned!!!! I deeply regret not looking at the reviews sooner. Beware, the good reviews that are there are fake!!!!!

Terrible experience. Incompetent staff. I seriously doubt the girl even knows how to do a blow-dry. She burned my scalp and hair. I didn't even finish my blow-dry. A disaster.

I simply liked the service

I came for a protein treatment. My hair was supposed to become nice and soft again. I had balayage in my hair, in two colors. After the treatment, the light color of my hair turned orange and in some spots even green. The lady thought this was normal; she said the hair just gets lighter from a protein treatment. That wasn't all; when paying, they asked me to pay for the most expensive treatment of 130 euros, even though I had been very clear at the beginning that I wanted the cheaper version of 80, 90 euros at most. It's a real letdown how they try to push their will through with this! Additionally, men are constantly coming in and out of the salon; ladies wearing headscarves, be warned. I had also clearly stated that I did not want to be seen by men! What a shame. I think 1 star is still too much.

I came to get my hair done. All the brushes on the table are still full of people's hair. Very disgusting to see. They are not honest with the price; they charge more money after the treatment! The staff were mainly busy playing music very loudly. Different types of music mixed together. On the TV and via laptop, very strange.
