Another Serbis 💩💩💩 Very bad experience. The service is truly deplorable and the organization leaves much to be desired. We waited over 45 minutes just for the menu to be brought to us! A completely unacceptable delay, especially in a restaurant. The lack of responsiveness and attention to customers is truly disappointing. An experience I absolutely do not recommend.

Quiet and clean, unfortunately the service is very, very bad.

Prices are high. The sanitary facilities are unclean. Ablution areas are almost nonexistent.

Quiet space, unreliable Wi-Fi, servers don't come to your door, you have to call for help, sometimes couples come in and start kissing in public, families should be aware of this. Apart from that, the place is really nice, the view from the first floor is good, prices are reasonable, and there's no time limit for drinks and food. I give it 3 stars and a good rating.

This place is a beautiful spot that is a great asset to the city of Taourirt. I have been coming here since the beginning. I have to be very honest and admit that they have really declined when it comes to quality and fast service. This year, there were often very long waits, and waiters who didn't seem to notice you, causing even the simplest drinks to take a long time to arrive. Food takes a very long time to get to the table. I have raised this issue multiple times with both the waiters and the owner because I think it would be a terrible shame if this isn't improved. Last year, the food was truly top-notch. Despite this feedback, I still enjoy coming here because I know the owner really wants to do things right and is a lovely person. I hope something is done about this.

Our experience at this establishment was extremely disappointing, both in terms of the quality of the food and the way our complaint was handled. A restaurant that aims to project an image of luxury, with impressive decor, abundant lighting, and a polished appearance, should live up to that image, particularly regarding quality, hygiene, and service. Unfortunately, our experience was quite the opposite. We ordered a pizza and a hamburger. The pizza was served cold, and we found a hair inside, which is completely unacceptable in a restaurant. Furthermore, the hamburger was also served cold. In short, the food was simply disappointing, and neither dish was in acceptable condition to be eaten. The most shocking aspect, however, was the way our complaint was handled. Instead of receiving an apology and a suitable solution, we were pressured to pay for the food and were even told that if we didn't pay, the server would have to pay out of pocket. We consider this approach completely inappropriate and highly unprofessional. When a customer reports such an obvious problem, the very least they could do is take the complaint seriously and offer a solution, rather than trying to shift the blame onto them. Lots of luxury, lots of lights, and lots of appearances, but when it comes to simply serving decent food and respecting customers, unfortunately, no one is to be found. The restaurant's appearance may be impressive, but all of that is for nothing if the food arrives cold, if there's a hair in your dish, and if, on top of that, the customer is treated badly when they dare to complain. An extremely unpleasant experience from beginning to end. We certainly won't be returning and we absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

All I have to say is, you need patience to eat or even just drink a coffee. It takes 20 minutes to order, 45 minutes to bring the coffee, and another 50 minutes to bring the food. I'll never set foot in that "restaurant" again.
