Stronger Complaint Version (with proof): I had a very disappointing experience with this salon’s customer service. I drove 30 minutes from another city for a scheduled 2-hour service, only to have my appointment canceled when I arrived. They claimed I was late, which is not accurate. I called them at 6:04 PM (as shown in my call log), and they confirmed I could come in because they had an opening. They even called me back at 6:34 PM. At no point during these calls did they clearly explain that I needed to arrive 10 minutes early or that my appointment would be canceled otherwise. On top of that, the customer service representative was rude and unhelpful. The lack of clear communication and professionalism caused me to waste time and effort traveling for nothing. This experience was extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
