Perfect for dining out as a family. The place itself is very beautiful, giving old moroccan vibes with the fountain and the inner salon. The plants and flowers are so beautiful and well maintained. The staff were very welcoming and so nice. The food was good, we had seafood . It was fresh and perfectly cooked. Will definitely go back again 💕

Safi, its port, its pottery, its old town, and the fisherman's riad, whose owner had probably already set sail by the time we arrived. The restaurant's setting is quite lovely, if a bit dated. The most remarkable thing about this restaurant is undoubtedly the incredibly long wait. Over an hour to bring out a plate of kebabs, one of shrimp, two of beef, and two soles, even though there were only two of us having lunch—enough to test anyone's patience. I opted for the sole au gratin, an old-fashioned dish I haven't seen on a Parisian menu since the Tower of Babel collapsed. It's true that, while it was good, it's no longer very chic and certainly not Instagram-worthy! But it was cooked well, and the ingredients were fresh—the least one would expect when facing the Atlantic! It's a shame the vegetables were completely cold. You might say this only happens to me, but a bill mix-up is becoming quite rare. Another (smaller) table paid our bill. When it came time to settle, the manager still presented us with ours, meaning we'd been paid twice! I don't think they chased after customers to reimburse them for the overpayment... The bill came to €85 for 4 adults and 3 children (no wine).

I recently had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant! The Tajin was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavors that left my taste buds dancing with joy. What made the evening even more delightful was the exceptional service provided by our waiter, Hakim. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was perfect. From start to finish, the ambiance, the food, and the service were all top-notch. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone seeking a memorable culinary adventure. Five stars all the way! In addition to the wonderful food and outstanding service, I must mention the stunning view at this restaurant. As we enjoyed our meal, we were treated to breathtaking vistas that elevated the dining experience to another level. The combination of delectable dishes, Hakim's attentive service, and the mesmerizing view made our visit truly unforgettable. I couldn't have asked for a better dining experience. This restaurant deserves every bit of its five-star rating!

We stopped by to eat there on our way to Essaouira. The food was good the location was beautiful however the service was a complete disaster and there weren’t even many guests in the terrasse so no reason for such service. First, we waited about 15 minutes to get our drinks, then about 40 minutes to get our food and we were seeing other tables (that came after us) being served before us. No actual apologies, nothing.. the manager came at some point and rudely asked me to move so that he can move the parasol (thing that we didn’t ask him to do so still not sure what he was trying to achieve). Then, after we mentioned that its been 30 minutes that we ordered, one waiter came to us to say “no worries the manager told them to prepare your meal”.. i mean seriously? The manager prioritize who get served first and therefore we had to wait until the manager decided it was time for us to finally eat? Last but not least. There were items added to our bill without our consent: then I asked what is this about and they mentioned “your driver came and took a coffee and a plate and left without paying” .. my thinking is first, how did you know it was our driver as he never sat on our table and actually went inside (we never even saw him coming in). Then, is this common to be adding other tables orders on another bill without asking the actual people who are paying the bill? (Just thinking out loud). I personally didn’t want a lose more time, just said “oh ok” and paid as we weren’t gonna spend more time trying to find the driver and asking questions as he was already gone…. However, after that, when I asked our driver later that they he said he had paid for his food.. so now what? Who lied? We will never know but as a restaurateur you can simply not be adding items to a bill from another table without the consent of the people that are actually going to pay.. that’s like a common sense thing. In summary, quite bad experience but i’ll still give a 2 and not a 1 because the food was ok and the location is really beautiful I guess it was just not a good day for the service.
