Wonderful place and spacious rooms, very clean!

The smell in the room was unbearable, so much so that we had to turn around and leave the same day. We were made to wait 40 minutes only to be charged 40% of the total cost for three nights, even though we couldn't stay for more than 20 minutes.

Beautiful design in the style of an Arab palace. Very clean hotel and very attentive staff. Overall very good, although a bit pricey: €71 in February, including breakfast. Well located: from the hotel you can walk to the city center and the seafront promenade (very beautiful).

The riad is beautiful, however, the lack of an elevator is a bit of a hassle with luggage. Breakfast was decent. A big thank you to Khadija at reception; she was kind and friendly.

+: Spacious rooms and a very clean riad. -: Central air conditioning that cannot be turned off. -: Very ugly view from outside the riad.

The staff were very welcoming. The relaxation induced by the scent of oud was wonderful.

Elegant and spacious. Friendly service. Details need improvement but overall very acceptable.
