Avoid at all costs! Disgusting, poor quality food

I was very disappointed by this restaurant. The welcome was cold, with no smiles or sense of service. The waitress was clearly unpleasant and seemed annoyed to be there. It creates a bad atmosphere right from the start and really makes you not want to come back. It's a shame, because respect and kindness towards customers should be the foundation.

Absolutely disastrous! I ordered pasta and a simple sour cream, but I was never served. I waited over 45 minutes even though the restaurant was empty—I was the only customer. When I asked about my order, the waitress was disrespectful, so I wanted to leave because I refuse to stay in a place where there's zero respect; it's the least one can expect. The waitress followed me to my car and attacked me, even though she clearly saw I was pregnant. It's unbelievable. A complaint has been filed against the restaurant and the waitress. Avoid this place. I've always supported restaurants, even if sometimes the food wasn't great or the staff was unpleasant—it happens—but this isn't just unpleasant; it's SICK and should be in a psychiatric hospital!

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would have. The food was disgusting. We wanted Italian food, but instead we ate dog food—may God forgive me! And to top it all off, according to the waitress, you have to wait 1 hour and 10 minutes for a pasta dish, even though the restaurant was practically empty. Avoid this place! I could write a novel about this restaurant; I saw so many awful things during that long wait.

Horrible! If there were a zero rating, I would have given it zero. Horrible, aggressive waitress—avoid at all costs!
