I had a wonderful time at this center! The welcome was warm, the staff very professional and attentive. My feet have never felt so soft and the aesthetic result is impeccable. I highly recommend it!

I purchased multiple services: 1. The person performing the service is completely incompetent, does not know what she is doing, and does not perform it properly. 2. They charge more afterwards than what was discussed beforehand, because they secretly perform additional services that were not agreed upon. And judging by the comments, they have done this before. It was expensive, of poor quality, and afterwards you just feel robbed.

Hygiene is nonexistent. The so-called facials don't even last 5 minutes, while you spend over an hour lying in an un-air-conditioned room shared with other clients waiting for the "expert." In the end, I paid more than they initially quoted me for treatments I could have done myself. I wouldn't recommend this center to anyone.

My experience was disastrous. First of all, I found there to be a real lack of professionalism. Some employees didn't even respond to clients when they spoke to them, too busy laughing amongst themselves; at one point, two of them were arguing. On top of that, there were power cuts every 15 minutes. I can't even imagine the hassle for clients getting their hair done, and for me, doing my nails… Another thing: an elderly client asked for a tissue or paper, and she was told there weren't any. Frankly, in a beauty salon, not having tissues or even cotton balls is incomprehensible. And the worst part is the incredibly long wait. I made an appointment for 7 p.m. and had to wait over three hours.
