A very bad experience. The reception staff were disrespectful, the security guard rude, and the nurses didn't respond to my requests. A better welcome and more professionalism are needed.

From the administrative staff to the healthcare teams, everyone demonstrated kindness, competence, and a great sense of support. The quality of care, the attention given to patients, and the professionalism of all the staff deserve to be highlighted. A big thank you to the entire team for their dedication and compassion.

Poor reception of patients; the emergency room doctor doesn't know how to diagnose; he relies on the CT scan report without examining the patient. The owners of this clinic think citizens are cash cows. عند ربّكم تختصمون

A clinic where the staff do absolutely nothing to help you. I advise you against it; it's far from being a clinic, it's a slaughterhouse… vials of blood have been left in the reception area for over an hour; I'll let you imagine the rest.

Unfortunately, I've found that money comes first, and in a very serious way! Imagine, the traumatologist Ali Mahraz gave me barely a minute of his time for a super-quick consultation costing 300 DH. He didn't even bother to examine my case (a blockage between my shoulders). He immediately prescribed an anti-inflammatory medication and told me I could buy it myself directly from the pharmacy without going through him. On the other hand, the most important thing is that Chat GPT was kind enough to answer all my questions: how to sleep, movements to avoid, etc.
