My experience was very bad. I paid 15,000 dirhams for jaw surgery, and after the treatment period, I was surprised to be asked for an additional 8,000 dirhams to remove the metal plates, even though I wasn't informed of this amount before the surgery. When I explained that I couldn't pay, I was told that the plates wouldn't be removed. Furthermore, the reception and communication with patients were subpar, and I didn't receive the necessary explanations. I hope that patients will be informed of all costs before any surgery so that they don't have to go through what I did.

The service was extremely poor. From the moment you enter, whether it's security or the nurses, you get the impression they're doing you a favor by treating you. I do not recommend this clinic, especially because of one nurse whose behavior was very unpleasant and unprofessional.

I would have given zero star if I could a horrible place not to be trusted or going to. They treated my 4 month old baby like butchers I highly recommend not going to this hospital or taking your loved ones !
