I called to ask if a product was available for an urgent operation before making the trip. The gentleman who answered was very kind, but the woman, with her strong Chamalia accent, hung up on me when she realized the product wasn't available there. Very rude, she should understand that in the medical field there needs to be empathy, and the products we buy from her are not free. Zero empathy Zero customer service Zero respect. One star because I have to.

Highly recommended for their excellent customer service. They are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to help or advise you with a smile. It's a store where you feel welcome and respected.

A lovely lady

The arrogant pharmacy owner. She refuses to give me my prescription medication and refuses to order it.

No answer on the phone. No more packaging for medications, no more employees in this pharmacy.
