A blatant lack of professionalism and internal communication. I ordered medication by phone and was assured it would be available the next morning. If I had been asked to pay in advance to confirm the order, I would have done so without any problem. Unfortunately, once I arrived, the medication wasn't there. Worse still, instead of offering a professional apology for this internal blunder, the employee greeted me in a very cold and unpleasant manner, blaming her colleagues ("Who answered you?", "It wasn't me"). A healthcare facility must be reliable and rigorous. Because of this lack of coordination, I missed an entire day of my treatment. This kind of behavior erodes trust. I hope the manager will be able to refocus their team.
