According to the provisions of Law No. 17.04 relating to the Pharmacy and Medicines Code, the competent administrative authorities have the right to order the temporary or permanent closure of a pharmacy if it is proven to have breached its legal and professional obligations, particularly in cases of unjustified refusal to dispense medication.
