Medications out of stock without explanation

A very bad experience at this pharmacy. I went there today to buy medication prescribed for my mother. Her doctor, who lives far from our home, sent her a prescription over the phone after another discussion about how her condition was progressing. I had a photo of the prescription on my phone. Instead of calmly explaining the procedure if the original prescription was needed, the staff refused to give me the medication with a complete lack of courtesy. The pharmacist who helped me was on a personal phone call, which gave me the impression that customers were not her priority. I understand that there are rules regarding dispensing medication, but nothing justifies such an unpleasant experience or a lack of respect for customers. A minimum of listening, politeness, and explanation would have been appreciated. I am very disappointed by this experience and I do not recommend this pharmacy.
