A very bad experience. I asked an employee for a personal item, and he laughed instead of remaining professional. A complete lack of respect and discretion. This needs to be corrected.

Card payment refused because the product cost less than 20 dirhams. And it was an urgent case. Plus, the pharmacist wasn't there.
