They don't even know the names of the medications. Poor service on the phone/at the reception desk. Reply to your comment: the medication in question is a non-hormonal migraine medication, rizatriptan, a treatment for the headache phase of migraine attacks! The name of the medication, "Migrix," already defines its therapeutic class. 🙃⚠️
