The staff are most pleasant and unfailingly helpful; the proprietress is gracious, highly professional, and a true master of her craft. I have experienced it myself and wholeheartedly recommend it

The staff is excellent and very responsive; I've often found medications there that were out of stock elsewhere. The pharmacist is courteous, but her approach gives the impression that you're in a shop and she wants to sell several products or the most expensive one.

❌ Negative Review – Very disappointed with the service ❌ I bought medication at this pharmacy two days ago. After consulting several other pharmacies and receiving confirmation, I learned that I was perfectly within my rights to request an exchange, which most professionals accept in similar cases. Unfortunately, the owner categorically refused to exchange it, without trying to understand my situation or offering a solution. Her attitude was unpleasant and unprofessional. It's regrettable to encounter this kind of behavior in a place where one expects to be listened to and understood, especially when it comes to health. I do not recommend this pharmacy.

Needed antibiotics while traveling and they helped me immediately!
