I've been going to this salon for three years now, and I only trust them with my hair for straightening treatments. The results are always impeccable thanks to their high-end protein treatments and top-quality work. The salon is always very clean, and the team is professional, welcoming, and attentive. I also get my nails done there (biab and gel), and I'm always thrilled with the results. I highly recommend this salon!

I am very disappointed by this experience and I will not be returning. My first experience at this salon was for a nail service last week. I had made an appointment, but it was completely ignored, which was a major disappointment. Nevertheless, I decided to give them a second chance by returning this weekend for a hair service. Unfortunately, this will be my last. The stylist (who has dark hair) was particularly rude. She talks about clients as soon as they leave the salon, which is very inappropriate and makes the other clients uncomfortable. She uses a very loud and unpleasant tone of voice, acts like she knows everything, and imposes her own way of doing things, stating that she will do what she wants, without taking the client's wishes into account. A professional is supposed to be attentive, respectful, and discreet. This behavior is completely contrary to what one has the right to expect from a hair salon.

👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻I strongly advise against this salon. I had a straightening treatment done there, and the result was disastrous. My hair was damaged instead of being enhanced. In addition to that, I was shocked by the lack of hygiene in the nail salon area. The hygiene conditions seemed inadequate and alarming. If you want to protect your hair and avoid the risk of leaving with a fungal nail infection, steer clear.

Excellent service, the staff were very attentive and gave a warm welcome. A very nice experience and I highly recommend it.
