Absolutely terrible service, bad staff, I do not recommend them

I followed the advice for a beauty product that turned out to be awful: completely unsuitable, ineffective, and nothing like what she had promised. On top of that, the price was wildly inflated; with absolutely no transparency, I only discovered afterward that the product was being sold for far more than its actual value. The saleswoman, in addition to being completely unprofessional, was unpleasant, rude, and disrespectful from beginning to end. No sense of customer service, no listening skills, no consideration for the customer. I strongly advise against going there. An experience to avoid at all costs.
